1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of the odisar.dev website (the “Website”), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Oleksandrovych Mykhailenko (the “Contractor”).
By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
2. Website information
The Website content is for information purposes only and describes the Contractor’s services in developing websites, mobile apps, chatbots and business process automation.
Information on the Website is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Scope, cost and timelines are determined individually and set out in a contract.
3. Cooperation process
- A request submitted via the Website does not create obligations for either party.
- Cooperation begins after the requirements and estimate are agreed and a contract is signed.
- Payments are made by bank transfer based on issued invoices; completed work is confirmed by acceptance certificates.
- The procedure for transferring source code, accesses and intellectual property rights to the work results is defined in the contract.
4. Intellectual property
The design, texts, graphics, logo and source code of the Website belong to the Contractor or are used on legal grounds and are protected by Ukrainian copyright law.
Copying, distributing or otherwise using Website materials without the Contractor’s written permission is prohibited, except for quotation with an active link to the source.
Names and logos of third-party technologies and services mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.
5. Rules of use
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- send spam, malicious code or knowingly false information via the forms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or servers;
- disrupt the Website with automated requests.
6. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. The Contractor makes efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website or the absence of technical errors.
The Contractor is not liable for decisions made by users solely on the basis of Website information without a consultation and a signed contract.
7. Links to other resources
The Website may contain links to third-party resources (messengers, social networks, services). The Contractor does not control their content and is not responsible for their privacy policies.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
9. Changes and contact
The Contractor may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
