Privacy Policy

Effective as of 30 September 2026

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Oleksandrovych Mykhailenko (the “Contractor”, “I”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the odisar.dev website (the “Website”).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI and, for users in the European Union, with due regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Website and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

2. Data we collect

I collect only the data you provide voluntarily and the minimum technical data required for the Website to work:

  • Request form data: name, contact details (Telegram or WhatsApp username/number, or email), selected service and message text.
  • Correspondence: information you send via messengers or email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request — automatically recorded in the hosting provider’s web server logs.

I do not collect special categories of personal data and do not ask for payment details through the Website.

3. Purposes of processing

  • responding to your request and consulting on your project;
  • preparing a commercial proposal, concluding and performing a contract;
  • issuing invoices and bookkeeping in accordance with Ukrainian tax law;
  • ensuring the security and stable operation of the Website, spam protection.

I do not use your data for mass mailings and do not send advertising without separate consent.

4. Legal grounds

  • your consent given when submitting the form;
  • the necessity to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or intend to be a party;
  • compliance with legal obligations (including tax obligations);
  • legitimate interest — protecting the Website from abuse.

5. Sharing with third parties

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Access to data may only be granted to services that ensure the operation of the Website and communication:

  • the Website hosting provider;
  • request processing services and messengers (e.g. n8n, Telegram, WhatsApp, email service);
  • the bank — to the extent necessary for contract payments;
  • public authorities — only in cases expressly provided by law.

Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine. In such cases, the transfer is carried out in compliance with personal data protection legislation.

6. Retention period

Request data is stored for as long as necessary for communication and contract performance, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. for accounting and tax documents). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party trackers. Fonts, scripts and styles are served directly from the Website’s server. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your browser’s local storage.

If analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is added, this Policy will be updated and the Website will request your consent to cookies.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:

  • know which of your data is processed, for what purpose and who has access to it;
  • receive a copy of your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • object to the processing of your data;
  • file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

To exercise these rights, write to admin@odisar.dev. I will respond within 30 calendar days.

9. Data protection

I take organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or alteration: the connection to the Website is secured with HTTPS, only authorized persons have access to the data, and service accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Material changes take effect upon publication.
